FAQ

  1. Do you ship worldwide?  Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping for all our products.
  2. How can I pay?  It is quite simple really, you just add a product to your cart and you checkout using your credit card
  3. Can I collect my purchased item at your physical shop?  Of course. You can visit our physical shop at 99 Adrianou str, 10558 Athens Greece during the working hours to pick up your purchased item.
  4. How long does it take for my item to arrive?  Anywhere from 9 to 18 business days depending on the destination.
  5. Do you offer shipment tracking? Yes, after we have shipped your package we sent you an email with all the information including the tracking number and a web link to track your package.
  6. What happens if my item arrives damaged?  We do our best to pack our artworks in the safest possible way and we insure all our shipments. In the unlike event that something happens to the item, if we have in stock the same artwork we will send you a replacement, otherwise you will get a full refund.
  7. What about customs duties and fees?  We are located in the European Union which means that shipments destined within the EU don't bear Customs Duties. For shipments outside the EU the recipient is responsible for any such fees, though keep in mind that we send the packages as gifts and most of the time they are cleared free of Customs Duties.
  8. The artworks on your website are from a specific artist?  All our artworks are hand made pieces made by various artists Greek and/or international. We strive to bring you a collection of unique hand made items.
  9. Your artworks have a certificate?  Yes each artwork has a signed certificate.
